At this point, I'm waiting for that other shoe to drop... House prices have already been topsy turvy, now the rest of the economy will need to follow..

Personally, I hate purchasing a vehicle and having to repair something rather expensive/major within the first year getting it! Honestly, a car is an immediate depreciation no matter how nice, what type, et cetera and so on... Conversely, a house is an immediate appreciation of one's funds. Thus, priorities must always be clearly defined and recognized. I'd say if a good deal was chasing you down, and it is your time to purchase a new (used) vehicle....Then go for it! To each his own.

Used depending on the mileage at least 5 years no more than 8. To many shcemes going on to worry about especially with the new cars!

So people are buying used...plus people that are not working or are working at a lower wage are now not able to buy these new expensive vehicles! Only the rich can buy new vehicles! & the Rich don't want these cheap vehicles, they want the luxury sport vehicles...none of these mass produced vehicles!
